DropIn
A six-week sprint, kicked off 29 April. Lovable for the first scaffold, then Cursor and Claude Code for the heavier lifts. Built in public, because operators ship and I'd rather show the work than describe it.
A /now page — not an about page, not a blog. Just what I'm focused on right now, updated when things change.

A content series running across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram (@2mtechtalks). The thesis: the unsexy middle of building — governance, infrastructure, the boring choices that don't go viral — is where the actual leverage lives.
Still going. Slowly closing the gap between corporate training videos and something a busy operator would actually watch.
Going deep on Anthropic and Claude certifications. The interesting question isn't "can AI do this?" — it's "what does an operator need to understand to deploy this safely?" Different question, different answer.
The DOMS-as-metaphor for production failures keeps writing itself. Soreness from a smart program is the cost of progress. Soreness from a bad deploy is the cost of skipping the program.
Mid-June: Adelaide, post-DropIn ship. Then Lombok shortly after. The first proper offline window in months — planning to actually take it.
